Most Items are shipped within 1-7 business days after the initial order information is fully received and processed.
ProDartBoards.com will contact the customer within 1-2 business days of receiving the order by email to discuss any details if it is needed. Items are shipped by UPS, USPS or any special request by the customer. We try to provide 100% customer satisfaction in every sale!!!

Return Policy

30-Day No-Hassle Return Guarantee

Our #1 objective is to create happy, satisfied customers that want to come back and shop with us over and over. If you feel that you need to return an item - for any reason - please contact us first. We will strive to make sure your shopping experience is as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition with all its manuals and documents inside its original packaging. As a convenience, orders placed between November 1st and December 25th will have the return guarantee extended to January 31st. A restocking or handling fee may apply for any returned goods.

Damaged Goods Policy

If any items are missing or damaged from the carton(s), please report this to us within five (5) working days of receipt of shipment.
