Yes, there are two types of common problems, inventory and credit card processing.
Credit Card Errors: If you're getting error 23, a message that your billing address doesn't match the address on file at the credit card verification agency and have moved within the last 6 months, try using your old address for the billing address. It takes banks a long time to notify the central database! Trying a different credit card can solve a number of problems as can reentering the card number, expiration date and security code. Often the credit card processor will just return an error code with no explanation. Here are some of the error codes we've seen and what they mean:
What kind of warranty comes with your products?
To see if a product has a warranty go to the product. Most have either a 1 year warranty or a 90 day warranty.
One-Year Dartboard Warranty
GLD Products gives you the following limited warranty for this product only if the product was originally purchased for use not resale from GLD Products, a GLD Products authorized dealer or Distributor, or any other GLD Products approved reseller for this product. This product is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from the date of your original purchase.
If the product fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period, GLD Products will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no cost. This limited warranty does not include service to repair damage from improper installation, accident, disaster, misuse, abuse or modifications to the subsystem or by other cause unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.
DO NOT RETURN the dartboard to the store where purchased as they are not equipped to handle repairs. All warranty or repair requests require a Return Authorization Number from GLD Products.
A purchase receipt or other proof of date of purchase will be required before warranty service is performed. Calling GLD Products Customer Service Department at 800-225-7593 between 9:00am and 5:00pm, cst. can provide requests for warranty service.

When will my order be shipped?
Most Items are shipped within 1-7 business days after the initial order information is fully received and processed.
ProDartboard.com will contact the customer within 1-2 business days of receiving the order by email to discuss any details if it is needed. Items are shipped by UPS, USPS or any special request by the customer. We try to provide 100% customer satisfaction in every sale!!!
What if I'm not satisfied with my product?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging. As a convenience, orders placed between November 1st and December 25th will have the return guarantee extended to January 31st. Your return may be subject to restocking and shipping fees for each individual product as defined in our Returns and Exchange policy.
